Maxis VOIP issue

I know this is an old thread but i am having the same issue now. Only diff is router is showing green tick under status but red cross under registered. Tried all the variations - seems to still not working. Anyone can help?
Variations tried 1. 03XXXXXXXX with +1 as password 2. 603XXXXXXXX with +1 as password 3. 03XXXXXXXX with acct#+last 4 digits as password 4. 603XXXXXXXX with acct#+last 4 digits as password

problem solved. raised this through Maxis's online chat - the lady couldn't help but she graciously enough arranged for someone else to call me. That person called the next morning - and told me that my VOIP pw has been reset. Not sure why and how, but he gave me a new password - what seems to be a random generated text, not using these +1 stuffs. So maybe Maxis has changed all the password to unique texts - no longer these +1 or +4 digits passwords.
