Thanks! But shah alam too far. Working at IIUM Gombak, now live in Bangi. Waiting to get key and renovate new house in Selayang. So need a place nearby IIUM to stay for a while

Most landlords require at least 1 year minimum stay in their rental agreement, for short term rental, you probably have better chance with Airbnb

I know, but airbnb would cost 2-3times more expensive than normal rent. So, that is why I asked here, maybe there is someone out there that would consider..hehe

- what is your requirement? landed condo? how many rooms?
- how many person staying?
- rental budget?

Prefer condo because easier to take care. And because its for small family of 3-4 (me and my wife and two small children). So at least 2 rooms should be enough..even studio also doesn't matter as long as it is fully furnished.

Budget max rm2000 per month for 1200++sqft
