Hi all,
If I buy a MTK or SD version of Redmi Note 4, Imported version, how do I flash Global Stable Rom? Do I need to unlock?

So from what i read here are pro and cons.
MTK Made in China Full metal body Faster processor Runs hotter on some apps Poor battery efficiency Import set about RM100 cheaper than SD SD Made in India Metal + Plastic Body Slower Processor Runs much cooler Better battery efficiency Import set about RM100 more than MTK Think think think. I am going to place order today. Still struggling with processor. But most probably leaning towards MTK because RM100 cheaper.

my mi note 4 from GemFive arrived today. booked yesterday morning.

Guys,
