U got any MP3, try to connect it to the MP3 to check whether still got the ssshhh sound? if not mean the noise is generate by your computer.

Very sure is your PC problem.

S530D's bass power definitely will better than S330, diff level

The "buzzy" sound may cause by the mid range driver still new and stiff, pls run in and the buzzy shud disappear after u run in the speaker thoroughly.
