making exe file virus, exe file naming after folder

hai... im having problem here... in my PC, there is an .exe file name same as the folder that the file is in.. i can delete and mu AV cannot deted and some of AV prog that i used cannot del this file... im had tried Avast, bitdefender, NOD32 and AVG and now try to scan with tren micro... anyone plese help me
the ducument and file in my HDD is very important and i had formated my pc for 6 time already. |

akhirnya, after a few days trying to solve my problem, im found kaspersky that can make my life happy again.. all the problem that i got been solve... after 6 av software me installed in my pc... karspersky realy work...
