I think looking at the 3 criterias, I would recommend Fuji's X-T10 over the other two. Fuji wins on image quality. In terms of lens option, the Olympus EM5 Mark II and Fuji has a full range of lens to choose from. In terms of video, no actual winner for me. X-T10 has cash back until the end of this month.

Choose between the X-T10 and EM5 M2. Find a shop that has both in stock and test it by holding in your hands. I think with the right guidance from any of the shop's experienced salesperson, you would get to know which you favour more.
