hello all, i'm heading to japan and most probably it will be snowing at that time.
any tips on how to handle the camera... in particular to avoid condensation (due to the different temperature)?
and also the battery? i did some reading online and aware that the battery will drain quite fast in -ve temperature. any tips?

btw, i'm using X-T10 with kit lens and 35mm f1.4.
thank you in advance

Hello all, may i ask if anyone can share the experience with the fujifilm warranty service..
how is the service? how long will the repairing take?

i'm have a dust/dirt spot at f8. I sent for for a cleaning at local camera shop and i was told that the dirt is inside and can only be done by Fuji.

Tks for sharing. the bobby backpack is referring to this?

i briefly checked on the bag. there is one special feature that i like very much. The bag is designed such that the weight leans firmly against your back. pls see picture below:

may i ask you, based on your experience , is this working well under the following condition?
a. fully loaded bag.
b. partially loaded bag.

coz i always have shoulder pain problem when carrying the backpack.

I have Kata (merged with Manfotto) backpack and Peakdesign Everyday Messenger bag.

The Kata backpack are confy to carry, can fit in 2 lens, flash, fullframe body with 24-70 lens, laptop/ipad, bunch of other stuff such as gopro, danbo toy, also tripod at the side. Carry it to few country like China, Taiwan and Japan, great build quality!

The Peakdesign Everyday messenger bag has 2 size, i opt for 13inch (since i know i going to mirrorless) so only can 2 lens 1 body or 1 lens 1 body 1 flashgun, can put tripod as well, more feature can refer to the site.

I also have old Crumpler 6 Million Dollar that's too big and dont have much component lol.

thanks for the info. Er.. is Kata available in Malaysia?

@fruitie thanks again. one more question, how about tripod? can fit into the bag?

Calling all fuji owner..  how long does it usually take to get back your camera upon sending them to Fuji Repair Centre? Anyone have experience? Recently, sent my fuji x100t for warranty service.

i sent my camera for service at fuji center at menara axis. i got it back on the same day. pls talk to the technician and they can advise you. it also depends on what type of warranty you are claiming.

When I sent in mine 2 years ago at Menara Axis, they had to send mine to Glenmarie. I got back after a week plus as I also changed my buttons and fixed light bleed.

if i'm not wrong, all repairing work is now based in Menara Axis
For those who want to send their camera for repair, pls call Fuji first.
