Did a photoshoot recently with the xpro2 and 21mm rokinon and 35mm mitakon. My first paid shoot actually, looking to turn my hobby into a side gig.

Have to say, i love manual focusing (i sold and no longer use any fuji lenses, except a cheap long 50-230 zoom for landscape) with the xpro line. Manual focusing with all the dials and pseudo rangefinder really gives the joy of photography back. I tried going into the a7r3, and resold that camera, its too.... easy.... to take a picture. If all you care about is the result, then sure. Images below processed using my own presets on top of provia. Bought an xpro 3, should be arriving tomorrow.

Already sold my xpro 2 actually. Shipping my xt2 out tomorrow as well to another buyer. Still have a spare xt20 though.

You would be better off served with an xpro 2 and an 18mm f2. A very underrated lens. Not sure which x100 you have.

got you. consider the cost of the wide lens, vs selling your x100s and getting an xpro 1 with an 18mm if the 18mm is what you love more. Its smaller, and potentially cheaper if you can get a good deal. If that is not an option, then yea, the wide lens is a good lens, it just makes your x100s larger than it would have needed to be

Slow and gentle huh? I'm the total opposite, I do run and gun around a lot and sometimes I do really missed a lot of shots and especially in low light with my really dated X-T1. But the colors and details, I'm having a hard time to move to another system for speed.

Manual focusing is not that slow, if u switch to evf and use focus peaking. Its actually very fast, like i can easily track a 2 year old running around at f0.95. You should try it. I dont use face autofocus because sometimes it just does not lock or locks on to the wrong face. Quickly turning the manual focus ring lets me immediately see where in the entire image is peaking and snap the photo. Its way faster than spot focusing in the centre and recomposing.

The catch is u gotta try this with a manual lens, because fuji's fly by wire manual focusing is garbage.

Hi 👋 guys, have you all experienced white/ dead pixel on the LCD screen? Mine appears to be white smear on my XT 20. It doesn’t affect the IQ.
Any solution? Thanks in advance 😊

Is x-t2 still worth it, rather than x-t3?
I am talking about used one..

A used XT2 in the price range of RM2.5k is still a good buy. Still a very capable body and you won't lose much when the XT4 is announced next month and comes out in April. XT3 is going to lose RM2k of its value really soon...

X-T3's main advantage over the X-T2 is the video. Image wise I think the X-T3 is a little worse in terms of ISO as well.

At this point, it is still not confirmed if it will be XT4, or the XH2. Seems to me make more sense to implement the guts of xt3 into the h series body and call it h2 (just like what they did with xpro3). The bigger body appeals more to the pro shooter for sports (in view of olympic 2020). Having said that, I am also hoping for a XT4 instead since it will have a larger impact on the price of the XT3(waiting for the T3 to drop price further) instead of a H2.

Hi I'm eyeing a 2nd hand Fujifilm XA1 (RM700) on mudah currently. Never have a camera before only the one on my phone. Is it still good for 2020? Any other options would you recommend?

Guys... I'm a casual shooter...

Bought this x-t20 2 years ago with kit lens 18-55... I love shooting portrait and bokeh lover... so few months later bought the 56mm 1.2.

Really love the 56 but the focal length really limiting factor.. so now waiting for 23mm 1.4 in the mail.....

So I was thinking... whether to get 16mm or 14mm next... so that I will settle down with 3 prime lens...

I also has the XT20 and the kit 18-55, and also love the bokeh which also made me bought the 56mm as outdoor portrait lens (and using the 35 as the indoor portrait lens). I'm also thinking about getting the 23mm f1.4, but don't feel like paying rm2.7K for this lens. I will be waiting for the viltrox 23mm f1.4 (supposed to release last year), which should be coming this year. 16 or 14 I will say depend what you shoot more. 14 is almost always recognized as the landscape lens. 16 on the other hand can be used for street and some close ups. I on the other hand went for the 12mm for my wide need.

Not bad. From one of the review video, it seems that the AF has improved quite substantially from the XT100. Why you ask bro? Thinking of switching from Sony to Fuji as well? tongue.gif But I supposed you're asking just for the fun of it since E mount side has been quiet since the a6100, 6600 release, right? laugh.gif

Any by the way, in case you didn't know, this XT200 is only the appetizer. There are 2 more cameras coming (rumored XT4 and the X100V) in Feb 4 of the X summit which will be the main course. brows.gif
