Hello ppl, I wanna purchase a new laptop or notebook, price within RM 2 k.

So, I usually use my lappy to watch movies, and doing assignments most of the time.
Also, I hv no idea what would be an ideal lappy for me. There's not much different btween laptop and notebook rite?
I'm thinkin of buying a laptop/ Notebook that can flip its screen bcoz it looks sooo cool. Whatdaya think abt Acer Aspire?

Here's the link of Acer Aspire: http://www.techhypermart.com/notebooks/ace...intel-w10h.html

Can u guys recommend some for me?

That's a very old model.

For a convertible, try Asus Flip: http://www.techhypermart.com/notebooks/asu...rated-w10h.html

This thread discusses a higher spec Asus flip. You can ask the guy who bought it what he thinks of the general quality etc. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3961644

Other options are Dell Inspiron or HP X360

Good luck!

Found two options within your budget.

1. Lenovo Yogo 500 14.0"
http://www.techhypermart.com/notebooks/len...rated-w10h.html

Pros: Cheaper, good build quality, 14" Screen(may be disadvantage)
Cons: Lackluster screen, Heavier(1.8 kg), plain-looking, thicker

2. Hp Pavilion x360 13.3"
http://www.techhypermart.com/notebooks/hp-...intel-w10h.html

Pros: Good design(for me), HD IPS screen(good screen), Lighter(1.6kg), Thinner
Cons: Stiff touchpad

If can top up RM 250 more, can get

3. Acer Aspire Switch 12 12.0"
This laptop has fantastic 2160x1440 IPS display compared to the other 2 laptops(compared to 1366x768) and equipped with 128GB SSD. SSD are faster compared to HDD, can boot windows in seconds. Drawbacks are storage are not so large compared to 500GB HDD.

Agree with HP as option here...
Also I have friends who purchased Asus and suffered from their warranty experience here. So I wouldnt recommend Asus.
