The proper approach is actually run SS for 1-2 months at start, then from that point onward just write your own programs. Doing all those cookie cutters like 531, cube method or whatever is almost always useless. Volume is highly specific to the individual.
U can easily write a good P/P/L which revolves around compound movements for yourself.
