Xleh nak free gear. It gets stuck while it is stationary. Zzz from gear 1 to neutral.
*
for similar incident, my R25 also same, when neutral to 1st gear, 2nd gear to neutral.
what i do is, for 2nd gear to neutral, release clutch abit, my bike only goto 2nd gear, then only i can put neutral.
for neutral to 1st gear, i release clutch and press clutch again, then i can go into 1st gear..

Didn't you get it fix? My mechanic said that it's the rod's problem.
*

It happens only after 18k km. Prior to this everything is good. Even the mechanic said it shouldn't behave like that. Eeerrrmmmm. Ya I was using that method before I sent it to mechanic as well. Well, if the problem persists after, I guess I will just succumb to that. Hahaha

my bike not even 7k mileage...bought it on April Fool's day...

bought a set at yamaha sungai buloh. it cost rm230 something..

i came across many seller at fb selling below rm100. dunno whether original or not.
*
bought a set means front and rear brake pads?
or only rear?
if front and rear RM230 still considerable...i think...duno the market price for brake pads for superbikes..

previously riding dzm200, replace rear brake pads only RM20++, end up the brake pad is useless, cant brake at all...regardless how hard i pijak the brake..

Sorry, I meant to say that the sellers on FB who are selling brake pads, as long as it is OEM (having the same part number as your stock one), should be ok.
If you can get sintered brake pads, it is better. But pipu say makan disc, i dunno bout that but stopping power = best!
*
any recommendation where to get brake pad?

i dun wan kena chop by kedai or OEM shop...
cause last time i accident, the price i get from OEM is cheaper from the shop that quote me...
for example, R25 headlight, OEM quote RM650, but the shop i sent my bike for repairing, quote me RM950...

in my opinion, some shops will think that this is superbike, of course everything is expensive, then they use this excuse to sembelih customer...

add:
found out other shop in KL selling R25 headlight around RM500+...
but all this is after my bike is done repairing.. bye.gif

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about R25, but in Ninja 250's FB group got a lot of reputable sellers (for Ninja 250's parts/items that is). Got to scan your FB group I guess.
I agree, most kedai will charge mahal even for a 250 since it's a sports bike.

p/s: If there are R25 Whatsapp groups you can join, join at least one group. Can get a lot of info there.
*
got join fb groups, but all just selling helmet, jacket, glove...
other than that, every time only talk about organize TT session just to waste fuel to go round some place...
for others, it is a recreational activity, but for me, why i want to waste my energy just to ride bike for no reason and waste fuel?
if i'm in younger days, i would enjoy it...but now, big NO...

i prefer sharing useful information, like, got a case where alot R25 riders get code 19 on their bike and caused their cannot start, or high temp, got other R25 riders share how to DIY that issue or guide how to solve it, which SC to go...etc...
these info i prefer more, compare to joining ride to point A to point B then back home sleep...

Yup. Me too. Join ones which are informative. But usually, it'll be 99% ride there, ride here, upgrade to bigger bike, yada yada... useful info 1% only sweat.gif I stayed in a group for that 1%... that group is put on silent mode indefinitely without notifications laugh.gif
*
i got join one group in fb where trading on R25 accessories, then got one member post asking about spare parts prices after he accident.
i give some constructive comments, then another member from N9 ask whether my aux light still in good condition after my accident.
i said yeah, and he offer to take the aux light, rather than buy whole headlight...
this is what i want in groups where can help each other...

so far, none whatsapp groups that are informative...if u know can recommend to me... rclxm9.gif

Superbike and 250cc parts lots of difference bro.
*
then R25, cbr250, z250, and other 250cc bike should not considered as superbike...noted that...

Ori brake pads I find to be quite good. Just that for KAwasaki its so super expensive, thats why opted for a diff brand.

If rm 85, to me its bearable. Its a good deal leh.
*
i was suprised its RM85 too...
i was expecting more than RM100..

upon inspecting the label on the plastic, there is a sticker stating its made from indonesia, i guess good enough for me...
makes me feel good not choosing kawa back when i buy kapcai.... cool2.gif
low spare part costs... rclxms.gif
