Anyone experienced these?

Myself my summon should have less than 5. Also can get Love letter.

Any advise on these should I proceed for the payments?

If u reside in pj, the best is to pay the summons.

be a good citizen. go Mbpj and try to appeal for fine reduction. if no layan, then pay loh. apa susah sgt

Last time they got a promotion all fines flat rate rm20 or rm30, so u went to mbpj to settle my summons, reach there they tell me it's only for summons issue before 2012, i will keep the summons until they got another discount campaign

Now it's about getting court letter instead where I stay 😫

I have around 3 letter from mbsa saying will take court action.

It's not scared. It's the result for having court letter is no kidding. May hit fine up to 1k plus?

A friend of mine who work under mp klang said not all local authorities will works with court.

Dbkl is one of them and mpklang are not.

The warning letter is all it takes for you to pay..
AFAIK, it takes quite a lot of legwork/paperwork for the council to instigate legal action.. of course it can be done but do u tink the legal department of tat council is so hardworking???

If everyone who did wrong pays for all the summons.. do you tink that council will need to give % for em to pay??

i got 77 summons from DBKL since 2012. Not paid until today. Waiting for their discount period lolololol

True. Isn't it funny they actually issued warning letter indirectly is "threaten letter"? Even myself get shocked a while. Then I started ask around realised it just a threaten.

Oh well I'll see how it goes after 2 weeks.

Ps. One you must really pay attention is JPJ and Police cannot play play one. You'll have trouble renewing licence.

All these majlis got come with warrant ke?
Last time I got from MPSepang, keep for 2 years.
From rm50 become rm150 after a year.
Then 2nd year become rm20.

I got more than 10 pieces from them when I was working in PJ uptown since 2005. Until now I'm still waiting for their tindakan mahkamah.

you will only get the only letter and a reminder letter. Later jib kor come knocking on your front door.
