[WTA] how to claim mobo from intel?, bought in Jan 2005. now K.O. liao

anyone here can help me? my mobo rock few days ago. juz wanna ask is there anyone know how to claim from intel? how to contact them? wat's their contacts? wat do we need to prepare? all the procedures from A to Z pls. sorry ya. i'm really out of idea oledi. pls help me....
