asking for a relative... if he got RM30k to deposit which bank is the best ya? Seems like Public Bank (as below link)? This is the best for him? He's willing to deposit for a year due to busy life currently. https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Pr...i-Campaign.aspx

Hong Leong has the best convenience once you have opened an online account though
