asking for a relative... if he got RM30k to deposit which bank is the best ya?

Seems like Public Bank (as below link)? This is the best for him? He's willing to deposit for a year due to busy life currently.

I actually just mentioned Hong Leong & RHB at 4% 12 months is the best at the moment.
Hong Leong has the best convenience once you have opened an online account though
