Let me update my case also
Finally i got my replacement unit yesterday.
when on the way home, i receive a call from samsung SC @ the mines. he inform me my note 7 replacement unit are ready to collect. go back home after dinner rush to the mines service center to collect my phone.
after that i straight away update the latest firmware, do factory reset (lucky everything go smooth) and now my Phone seems fine and smooth, no lags no freeze and no restart. Will keep testing and keep monitor.
thanks for samsung for the fast action.
