a noob question here

i am using nova launcher.
at the nova settings, under look and feel > icon them, i picked marshmallow, but the icons of phone, contacts, messages, etc are still using the samsung theme icon. is that normal?

iris keeps saying "open eyes fully"

when i receive incoming msg on whataspp, it is now showing on the status bar (aka the whatsapp icon is not shown). any idea how to fix this?

usually when we receive a msg, a whatsapp icon will be displayed on top at the status bar rite
now the icon is missing

i checked here at the application info, showing here "hidden on status bar"
i tried to change it but kenot

this is weird
i have two whatsapp installed. one is in the secure folder
when the whatsapp in the secure folder receive msg, the icon will appear (first pic, top left)
but when the whatsapp on the home screen receive msg, nothing

received a call and the phone suddenly froze
the phone was ringing but i kenot press anything on the screen
phone back to normal after call has ended.
friend called again n this time ok.

i'm not sure about the charging light, but i think u can change the light colour of app notification
settings > applications > select an app, for example whatsapp > notifications > more settings > light

well since i am using otterbox symmetry, they fitted well

aligning it was a tough job tho. the top and bottom of the sp is black with some small transparent areas for the light
u need to make sure the small transparent hole on the top fit the led notification light, then the back and recent apps at the bottom.
it should be easier if the sp is all-clear type
