Hey guys, I just notice that after the update few days ago.
There is no more clear all button for the notification in the pull down bar.
Or is it only me? haha

The block noti and clear all are at the bottom right.
The wording is like 50% tranparent..damn it..can't see it if didn't look closely...

Mine phone did randomly freeze and reboot few times... it stucked at the booting screen as well. I need to force reboot it to get it function. It was function well all the times, just that few occasions.. should I go to the service centre or observe it for some more time?

Haha... it just happened to me like three times... guess I'll observe it for one or two days more...

If I'll were to report to SC, in order to 1 to 1 exchange,do I need to surrender my phone to them until the new stock arrive?

Decided to go to the SC tmr... the freeze and restart happen few times again just now.

Anyone I ow how to check for the warranty? I want to confirm my store did register for me anot as I didn't received any confirmation Msg.

did anyone manage to get 1 on 1 exchange deal for the freeze and restart issues on note 7?
I'm going to SC tmr as my phone freeze and restarted for 5 times today. it may not as critical as some of our forumers... but this is still an faulty.

yea, i knew it. JUst want to know if anyone actually close that deal with sansung sc?

One more thing, i can't actually show them my freeze and restart problem as that isn't happens so frequent on my unit.
It was like 5 times today. Not sure they willing to receive my complain.

Just sent my phone to Kuantan SC. Told them my freeze and restart problem. They asked to format the phone and give it a try. Told them i tried format it myself, then they tell me their format method is different...lol...
In the end, after format still the same. Left my phone there for inspection..
now only can wait for the response.

Hey guys, just wondering. What did the sc did when you guys complain about the random freeze and restart?

After failed to solve the problem after formatting the phone by their technician, they asked me to leave my phone there for inspection for one or two days. They mentioned they need to do inspection to find the problem and make a report. However, they didn't mention anything about 1 to 1 exchange.

Sorry for the long essay...

But I already pm their fb page saying I demanding a 1 to 1 exchange.

Can't really accept for them to repair it as the phone is defected out of the box.

The f**ked up thing is they didn't give any kind of service order.

Contact samsung Hq, but they can't check the status with service order number.
