im surprised by the buyers in the mobile garage section as in still alot of potential buyers looking for note 7 even the note 7 has the freezing and bootloop issue. or they are not aware of the issues?

hope samsung can look into it and find out the culprit asap, also release the revised 2nd batch soon.

rclxms.gif glad that solve your problem....
ya... but unauthorize flashing fw will void warranty i think.
*
flashing official FW will never trigger the knox and also wont void your warranty.

even my previous note 5 rooted and triggered knox, samsung still honor the warranty for me to change the defective battery.

Very true - I had claim successfully with Knox tripped 3X. Two times I send in personally while the 3rd time was through a collection center in BP. The guy in charge even advise me to unroot it properly and that Knox was unimportant too.  The important thing is the phone must be fully unrooted and devise status must be back to official. One can unroot through the app SuperSU at its settings or a longer tedious way is to re flash official firmware using Odin in PC

my note 5 sent in with root. no issue at all. rclxms.gif

Let me update my case also

Finally i got my replacement unit yesterday.

when on the way home, i receive a call from samsung SC @ the mines. he inform me my note 7 replacement unit are ready to collect.
go back home after dinner rush to the mines service center to collect my phone.

after that i straight away update the latest firmware, do factory reset (lucky everything go smooth) and now my
Phone seems fine and smooth, no lags no freeze and no restart. Will keep testing and keep monitor.

thanks for samsung for the fast action.

Update:

After home with the new replacement set, i updated the newest firmware (the 180mb updates) then proceed with full factory reset. After that only do minimal transfer thru smart switch (sms,  call logs etc only).
All apps fresh installed.
Security features all done setup.

Phone seems fine and smooth like jelly,  no lags no freeze no restart. Will keep testing and keep monitor.

My replacement phone was manufactured on 18aug2016 according to SammMobile info,  as screenshot attached.

P/s: im so darn tired yet happy that my super note7 is back finally!!!

Could be celcom signal weak in my area causing battery drain even at idle
But SOT (QHD 1440x2560) is very good despite having 100mAh less than s7 edge

thats very good already. rclxms.gif

The f**ked up thing is they didn't give any kind of service order.

Contact samsung Hq, but they can't check the status with service order number.
