QUOTE(DeaDLocK @ Aug 23 2016, 05:25 PM) Hi guys, just to share, I bought this Nillkin Frosted Shield case from Lelong, was not expecting much cos the phone is so new etc, but it's excellent. Very slim, the fit is absolutely perfect, and the textured back makes the phone easy to hold. Around RM30 inc shipping. Always loved Nilkin's stuff for their value pricing - until my brother decided to clean his Z5 Compact TPU case with alcohol and the whole thing turned reddish ![]() Just sharing (no connection with the brand or seller). |

QUOTE(junkyman @ Aug 24 2016, 09:41 AM) looks like US version note 7 performance so bad !!!!!!!!!!!!! Now everyone already talking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blame carriers for putting so much bloat and bastardize the device.... That's why we are so lucky we don't have to put up with carriers bastardizing our phones All they have to do is to connect our phones to the Internet and work with phone calls and SMS |

QUOTE(remix2040 @ Aug 24 2016, 10:47 AM) They have the unlocked version bro. Not carrier versions. Xda website review has 4 units, all unlocked. All of them has shitty performance. It's something to do with the 820 not properly optimized. And did you know that Exynos versions of the Note 7 cannot install Samsung Pay in the US? not sure about here tho. Erm - you are talking about the unlocked version S7 right? The unlocked version of the Note 7 is yet to be available... Thankfully we got the Exynos variant (aka the global model) so we are lucky that we don't have to deal with that. We should be able to use Samsung Pay after the release - the important question is when This post has been edited by chocobo7779: Aug 24 2016, 10:57 AM |

QUOTE(xisan @ Aug 24 2016, 11:26 AM) The backpack itself is 3100mAh, while the phone's battery is 3500mAh. I know it will lose some when charging and even worse with wireless charging, but from 15% to only 65%? It's like only 50% for additional power to the phone. Imagine using the phone while charging it, uh that heavyness! I would say, using powerbank is much better option than this! For RM419, not worth it at all. Ah, I see about that - I though it actually kinda worked since it does improve battery life without compromising water and dustproofing.... |

QUOTE(crayzee @ Aug 24 2016, 11:32 AM) I feel that my S7E is more fluid than note 7. My S7E already 3months still fine but the note7 out of the box already can feel the jerkiness when pulling down the menu and doing other things. Is it too many things running like the S-pen software, etc? Why not try debloat using Package Disabler Pro first? Perhaps it may help you a bit... Only the note7 fingerprint is way faster than S7e. On the note7 is almost instant unlock. |

I just don't know why people are so afraid of charging their phones overnight - it's not going to damage the battery anytime soon. Unless you use dodgy USB cables and chargers then that's another story
If you cheapskate and buy those RM10 charger and if the phone explodes into flames... then you deserve it. That's why manufacturers are telling you to buy original/approved chargers - they are not scaring you to buy overpriced accessories. |
