Whatever it is, for beginners, any Ibanez GRG/GRX will do. If you're an experienced player, avoid the G in front, cause the G stands for GIO Ibanez, which is a lower end range, all GIO series guitars are made in China, but these guitars are good for beginners, as for me, I didn't know about the GIO, I bought a GRG270 and it kinda sux. As for you bro, just grab a Yamaha Pacifica 012 and a Microcube, that would be fine for a beginner.

Like I said earlier, for beginners, Ibanez Gio's with fix bridges or a Yamaha Pacifica 012 is the best for beginners.
