for non critical courses, it is common for the gov to fail to offer a job to scholars...and if they don't/cannot give you a job after 6 months, you can apply for release from the bond....and will get it...

engineering is not a critical course...that refers to medicine/dentistry/pharmacy...many engineering scholars have been released...

jpa however, has never released any scholar in a critical course....although this may change, now that there are too many doctors....but unlikely...
