Every level starting from 10 you get a talent point, so at lv70 you get 61 points to spend on talents. That is the classic nuke+fel dom build, but you need a lot of +crit gears to be effective.

I suggest you take your time, enjoy levelling, and learn all the stuff about WoW slowly before you think about PvP and spending 61 talent points! Don't so gan jiong
