Am using Microsoft outlook 2010.

Another colleagues knows all my email send out to others eventhought I never cc her in the email. How is this possible?

Is there any option in Microsoft Outlook 2010 where I can disable to stop this?

i suspect u using corporate email right? exchange maybe? if she work as system administrator (server administrator), she can see others email too. or maybe her boyfriend have privileged to the exhange server. that possible too.

if this the case, the only solution to stop this is make sure u use ur own gmail/yahoo mail for sending that kind of email. dont use corporate email for such privacy thing.
