btw it seems newer build got different camera sensor hmm.gif so those who's on latest phone build and wanna try CM13, might face some problem.

locked or unlocked bootloader? I'd recommend flash miui eu build, much more fluid and smooth ..without those bloatwares nod.gif

might be driver problem, best try to restore via EDL method..if anything else fail, send for warranty.

probably vendor rom. use edl method to clean flash.. makesure to backup internal storage data first.

I'd recommend to unlock bootloader officially, flash twrp and flash miui eu build instead...way better than official miui rom nod.gif

redmi note 3 pro = snapdragon
redmi note 4 = mediatek

as some people would point out, for after market firmware, you're stuck with manufacturer to provide updates..and mediatek known for would not release the kernel source, and will ask for a fee.

while snapdragon, xiaomi did released the kernel source (some camera drivers are proprietary tho), and just check on xda forums..snapdragon version is the most active.

flashing via edl might relock your bootloader.

to check if your bootloader is locked, simply boot to fastboot and type

CODE
fastboot oem device-info


if unlocked : false, means bootloader locked.
