if set to combine notification & toggles, got setting for the toggles to fill the screen?

now if combine, the toggles scrool sideways. i want it to fill the screen like the separated toggles

nope, unless you are rooted.

that is what i dont like about miui 8. i prefer miui 7 style where it shows all toggles when there is no notification.
