Can any v3x sifu help me with these  ?

1. I can't load any images when i go online using the v3x browser, and even if they do load, they're black n white n funny looking    I'm using gprs oni... n i edi enabled image loading in the browser setup >___<

2. What does the "mirror" function in camera/video cam setup do?

A V3x user for 2 months now. Absolutely satisfied. Friends been making fun of it's "childish" UI when compared to w800 / w900. But WTH, i bought this over w800 coz it looks WAY WAY cooler and it has 3G. And for w900, different league(price) and too bulky. 

But anyway, got some questions for you guys and would appreciate it if any of you guys can solve it:

1) Can we cancel a sms while its sending out? I was a k700 user before this, whenever i press send(sms) i could cancel it immediately if when i've accidently send to a wrong person for instance.

2) Are there any earphone for the mini usb port for the phone? the 1 piece earphone provided is crap for listening music

no idea, but im thinking of getting one if it isnt too expensive

the cheapest bluetooth headset from motorola is around rm200, this maybe rm500?

dun like to use it, buy such a "sexy" phone but keep in pocket cuz using bluetooth
is such a waste of "show-offness"..hehe...sori to all bluetooth users

btw, i charged the batt for more the 8 hours, and today rite after lunch,
got 1 bar left, is tis norm for Moto? cux hve been an active Nokia user so long...

pls try this. switch on your handphone and go straight to -> multimedia -> sounds. For me, it will take some times before the songlists came out sometimes more than a minute. If it's take longer time, i click the cancel button, go back to -> sounds  and everything is smooth sailing. I got 12 mp3 songs stored in the memory card that consumed more than 50mb. I think the phone takes time to initiate all the features plus recognising the data in the memory card. how about you?

What's your opinion on the computer software suite? I think MOTO software suite is much better than Samsung one. Tried connecting to internet and it was so easy. Moving files also easy - so all my pix are in the laptop already.  Safe from wifey..... hehehe. i never try Nokia or SE software yet.

I do have experience with my V3x,

1.Battery life spend: 2 days only
2.Sometime experience unregistered sim error, need to restart to resolve the problem
3.customized profile reset back to default mode.

All Moto v3x users please comment on this.. btw where can I perform software upgrade?

How much for the BC70 battery? My phone back cover is now getting squeaky - probablt thicker batt can help instead of using paper

Anyone knows how to increase the phone's speaker volume? Its kinda "soft" in my opinion

I dont think so.But there is an application(java) that can record video and sound even you close the clamshell.That mean you can be spy and record video without anyone noticing it.Also iTunes (same as mp3player)

Anyway beside adding application you can mod your handphone to make it more interest.Thank You

Hi all!
Since that many of us are starting to use the nobrand firmwares for our V3X/E1070 I decided to post this little guide to help everybody to re-enable ObeyMoto.

First of all you've got to provide yourself with a program that let's you explore and manipulate folders on your V3X flawlessly (almost).  I prefer to use LeaderGL FlexEditor XP 10.4.

Please note that it has many languages like: English, French, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.

Now, if you're used to flashing u can skip this passage, and if you're not unpack the file P2k_Drivers_2Ώ].9.0.0_050826.rar and keep it at hand.

Install FlexEditor. Open it. Check that you're phone is set as data connection under mobile main menu-->settings-->connections-->USB settings. Now connect your phone to the USB cable. It should appear as "modem" under windows device manager and FlexEditor (in green) both. Now click on the "NORMAL" button on the up-right side of FlexEditor and that's all. It might ask you for drivers for three new peripherals and here the P2K drivers come in handy. Just choose to manual install, choose to install from a list and then browse to the folder that you've unpacked previously, choose the file MotocompXP.inf and that's done.

Here we are!

Now change the language to the one you feel comfortable and then go to the "struments" (English version) menu. Under this menu you'll find "Resource Explorer".
Select it and the program will load your mobile folders.

Now go to a/mobile/ and search for a folder called "vst". Else create it (lower case) and copy in it (with the mouse right button) the files from the VST folder related to your language. Since I'm adding these files as .rar, these files have to be unpacked and the folders should be kept under the main root (for easier usage) like c:/vst (in my case).

Flex: A Flex is a file that contains ONLY graphics and settings. there is no software in the flex, nor does it contain any code (other than java midlets (like Java Games, tools, etc...), which don't affect the software or settings of the phone.) You can apply a Flex File to your phone using PST, or MultiFlashFlex. You can capture a Flex File FROM a Phone using MotoKit. (See "Flash" for more information on upgrading the Code that operates your phone's hardware)

HOwever, can you please help me on someting.......
If i am not mistaken,the v3x has a built in camera flash.
How do i use it?all i found is a "Light" which can be turn on and off instead of a
flash function...........

anoither thing i noticed.
I phoned to 5-6 ppls..all of them are complaining that my voice is too soft,where i am already shouting........v3x problem?or my phone faulty?
