no 3G coverage at that area so no 3G symbols shown..so cant make video calls

tried with another 3G sim card?
have u change the settings of the fone to Automatic detect the band (eg UMTS/GSM1800/GSM900)? mayb thats the prob..try n have a look at that first.. |

i dun think can delete it..so u just do the settings to overwrite the previous settings with the name/title remains..
