can upgrade up to 1gb ?i thot 512mb is the maximum

can anyone tell me whats wrong with my V3x..?
everytime i try to video call...the phone will restart....
is it something wrong with the firmware and how to fix this problem..?
my set is warranted by KNK Enterprise...
