Hey guys,

Getting my x360 from england, cause next year I'm gonna move to Australia,

Why england? Cause it cheap and it's PAL and games in Australia are PAL versions

Why not Australia? Cause they don't have an online store that will ship to Malaysia.

Anyway... just answering some questions you might have...

I was wondering about the PAL-60 support for TVs in Malaysia.

My current TV is about 2 years old brand ELBA... (I know, not the best for TVs but what to do when I bought it my budget was limited)

Anyway do you think I will have problems with PAL-60?

My TV only supports composite, my dad's supports component.... ( Should steal his!! LoL cause he Doesn't even use the features haha)

Anyway... Any help will be appreciated.

If you scared your tv cannot support PAL, just get the vga cable and connect it to your monitor smile.gif . IIRC monitor can take both NTSC and PAL signal (correct me if im wrong)

Bigger doesnt mean its better though smile.gif

Your tv is SDTV while monitor is capable of displaying HD. Trust me when you seen your games in HD you wont turn back to SDTV, i know i did laugh.gif

Cool Cool.... as I said maybe I can steal my dad's 29 inch TV which can support component input and give him my 21 inch which only supports composite... lol...

Cause he doesn't even know what composite and component video are. LOL

UK consoles are NOT cheap.

150% of NTSC/J units IIRC.

BTW: Since the advent of HD content there are no more regional settings. Everything is unified at 720/1080 (though I've seen my CRT TV support 1125 signals... must be the overscan.)

I changed my mind... freaking european console so damn expensive... games also expensive...

I'm buying my 360 from GH...

Asian games all RM 100 cheaper... crazy!! lol...

I buy 3 games from play-asia and ask them to send by UPS (1-4 days delivery) ~ RM 500

i buy 2 games from uk standard delivery (up to 15 days!!) ~ RM 600 with shipping

CRAZY!!

It's cos of VAT ... that adds on like 17% (or something) to pretty much everything you buy there.
