It's just the excessively moe character design. They're grade-schoolers, not kindergarten age and below. Therefore = loli, because Pedobear ain't a toddlerkon. I noticed that there's a real lack of pantyshots in this anime. Funny that the first ep began during a swimming competition.

What also caught my attention is that 4Channers in /a/ had called it Manabi Gay because of a supposedly (or potentially) Yuri scene somewhere in the anime. I haven't watched past the first ep yet, but we'll see.

I got a little confused during the first episode. So as it turns out, they're 'Loli-Plus' (term made by Ko-Chan), as in girls above the adolescent age who looked underaged, e.g: Komugi. Damn, is this somekinda conspiracy to convert pedos back to the norms of the society? With Nanoha looking a few step closer to becoming a MILF in StrikerS, you bet there IS a conspiracy.
