really is it good pricing? start from 523psf though. Maybe I'm just not very convinced with the other side of Klang. I think one needs a strong holding power to wait for it to become the next USJ.

Mitraland willing to locate 8 acres of land to do a lifestyle landscaped lake....others developers might just build few more blocks on residential towers on top brows.gif

it looks like rm523psf is fair market price to me...especially after Trio indicated their launch price is rm700psf...this developer is more ambitious LOL

BANDAR BOTANIC DOUBLE TERRACE FREEHOLD LANDED ONLY RM550K.....
I THINK IT IS A HIGH SIDE PRICE.
Before Mitraland bought over from a bankrupt bumi developer, u can see the ugly shoplots built by ex-developer...
and it is away fr LRT station.....

Agreed wholeheartedly. u can still find botanic GnG landed for 550k onwards. but one wld need 5% transaction costs n more than 60-120k to reno the house as its mostly dated with leaking etc. Surely a better buy than gravit8. best precint wld be kiara rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

ya its quiet but not unsafe la.

Very imp to always visit ur future house at night. Can mitraland light this part of klang up? So far everything NON residential in this side struggles, it depends on ur trust of Mitralands capability of delivering.

Dont forget, just across the road will be WCTs mega project with a major university/college, mall office etc. will this be the future boom part of Klang? it surely wont take away d shine from bukit tinggi, botanic bayu etc.

actually for the past like 5 years i pass thru this area it always for me like very dim / very dark...like there is some robbers waiting for me...

probably you are right might need some mega development to get it started but i'm not sold now haha
