Is herbalife F1 and F3 good?

Anyone drink it before and any comment?

I am thinking to take herbalife F1 + F3 as my breakfast meal.

But I saw a FB group said I can buy other cheaper alternative meal replacement shake.

But then my herbalife friend who he is a doctor said herbalife shake is the only one that is cellular nutrition which the body absorbs better.

So, what do you think?

If not herbalife, any recommendation?
