I take ensure since I was young.
when I was kid I dont eat porridge, so I drink pediasure, then after Im 13yrs old like that I drink ensure for the next step. I never eat vegetable n hesitant to eat fruit, I only eat fried ciken, pork, and many other unhealthy processed meat. So ensure really helped me to keep healthy until now Im 22 years old I still drink ensure occasionally.
