Is herbalife F1 and F3 good?

Anyone drink it before and any comment?

I am thinking to take herbalife F1 + F3 as my breakfast meal.

But I saw a FB group said I can buy other cheaper alternative meal replacement shake.

But then my herbalife friend who he is a doctor said herbalife shake is the only one that is cellular nutrition which the body absorbs better.

So, what do you think?

If not herbalife, any recommendation?

Bullshit. There are better products than Herbalife at much heaper price. Herbalife is MLM where profit comes first before health benefits. Check and see if the doctor is a distributor of herbalife.

Eg.
Pure Advantage Meal Replacement Shake Chocolate Flavour 1.3kg
Genceutic Naturals Real Meal, Chocolate Chocolate Flavour 1.05kg
Spiru-Tein line of products ~1kg

All of them cost less than RM200 and can last you 2-3 months

However I would not recommend them. You can use the following ingredients to create a much more potent breakfast drink.
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp chlorella powder
1 tsp mixture of wheat grass + barley + alfafa powder
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil (buy from tesco/aeon/aeon big/jaya grocer)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp freshly crush black pepper
1 tsp chia seed
1 tsp goji berries/raisins (goji can be bought from chinese medicine shop)
1 tsp quinoa
1 lime/lemon juice
1-2 tsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
4 tbsp of oats
500ml of water
1 blendder bottle

Mix the above and drink. The above might be expensive (same price as herbalife but I can guarantee you they are way way potent than herbalife). In fact my spirulina powder, chlorella powder, mixture of wheat grass + barley + alfafa powder last >1 year. Buy 1 tub and they last so long. SO more me is economical.

I am taking the above and minus the chia seeds, quinoas, peanut butter. I avoid any MLM products like a plague because:
1) I don't trust MLM products
2) MLM products tend to be profit first. I found out that MLM/Direct sellers (cosway, ee=lken) make a profit of min 200% vmad.gif vmad.gif
3) Why pay more when you can DIY for better price/quality ingredients? rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Just for your info, that thing you want to buy is just a supplement. No such thing as meal replacement as a liquid like u mention above. Its a marketing from them. I dont agree that you replace your meal with a liquid form. Rebus telur setengah masak pon lazy ka?

Actually I think there is. Like those ICU patients. Their family feed them liquid food but it's bloody expensive. Agreed. Rebus telur je.
