Serba- very dangerous & risky IPO unlike cheap ACE which easily golengg

Hi guys

It is good that as at present there are many IPO coming up in our local share market, we have to manage our capital carefully as some may not be good like Ranhill.Small company performs better nowadays like Pecca,perak transit and LKL.

Pe looks attractive compare to Other IPO..
Looks like worth to apply..

PE is not important anymore since this is not develop market like New York Wall Street
It's Bursa - a cash cow for ACE counter , Penny & Warrantss

>> many BIG company IPO frustrated the investors such as Astro , AirAsia , 7 Eleven... ..unlike all cheap ACE IPOs

KIP IPO vs Serba IPO.... Read some reports indicated neutral view on REIT market now, especially after MGS adjusted upward the yield. For O&G, have started seeing some favourable comments coming in for 2017. More so, heard from friends that some European markets which were one of the first few affected when oil price tumbled few years back are recovering now, it could be an indication of the recovery of O&G. Irregardless of Serba's association with the O&G industry, i like their good historical growth in the challenging time, the business model seems viable

really?dont know other reports la, but there is one stock that i'm following, the share price now stands at what ta forecasted

PE at 12.8x now..much lower compared with the average O&G sector..
