Just to clarify, we didn't refuse to one-to-one exchange for you. You actually requested for an "one-to-one exchange on the spot without any checking on the system" which is out of our company policy.
You also sent in the laptop one day before the ITFAIR in the evening time, all of us were extremely busy for the booth setup and stock preparation.
I believe our staff also had explained to you that we will be attending to your case right after the ITFAIR.
For BSOD, it could be caused by hardware or software, we will be more than happy to exchange a brand new stock to you if your unit is detected to have a hardware problem.
P/S: According to the technician that assembled your unit, he didn't see any BSOD in the burn-in test before we delivered to you, we will recheck what's the causes.
