TongFang barebones usually don't have great audio

How's Illegear's warranty service and support? Is it comparable or better than Dell's?

Frankly I've stay with Dell's for their very good warranties and on site repair.

Usually after about 1 year++ when I give up Dell laptops/desktops to relatives.
The machines have at >1 year balance warranty for them to enjoy.

Bad experience with Asus and Acer warranty, so good customer service and support is important to me.

Look forward to hearing Illegear owners experience...

do you sell power adapter for Raven gtx1060 separately and how much will it cost? would like to get an extra adapter

Hi low0915, Yes. ILLEGEAR Raven does come with a built-in SD card reader on the right side of the laptop. In addition, yes we do sell extra adapter if you wish to purchase one.

For the Raven's 1st M.2 Solid State Drive, why has the 120GB M.2 Solid State Drive/256GB M.2 Solid State Drive/512GB M.2 Solid State Drive options been replaced by 120GB M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive/240GB M.2 Solid State Drive/480GB M.2 Solid State Drive?

A question for illegear and also sifus here. What is the drawback of gaming laptop version of RTX 2060 vs desktop version? In terms of real life fps impact?

Sorry, I am newbie to gaming laptop. Wanted to build a ITX but looking into gaming laptop as alternative option for the sake of portability.

Perhaps I rephrase my question, lets take RTX 2060 as an example. What is the difference between a desktop RTX-2060 vs laptop RTX-2060 vs laptop RTX-2060 max q. I am more curious towards the desktop vs laptop non max q, as I place performance above the footprint and weight.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 for laptops is a fast mid-range gaming graphics card for laptops. It is based on the desktop RTX 2060 chip but at reduced GPU clock rates (-30%) and reduces power consumption (80 - 90 Watt TGP versus 160 Watt for the desktop version).

Here is my test result compare to desktop 2060 version (RTX 2060 Illegear Selenite), Desktop version is 21 to 28 percent faster.
