So right, i went to Citta Mall and i lost my parking ticket. My friend and i came in 2 cars. We drove one car out from the parking lot, went to the entrance and take another ticket, and reverse. Then, my friend went back into his car dengan jalan kaki, tried to exit his car from the parking lot. When masuk ticket, ticket invalid. Guard say to masuk ticket at auto pay machine, hence he did it, also not valid.

Guard say to go to management opis. When went there,

Management Office: You hilang ticket eh
Friend: Tak la
Management Office: Nak tengok time dekat ticket dengan CCTV tak?
Friend: Ok Ok hilang ticket.

So, we paid RM53 in the end.

So, they no stupid. We stupid for thinking system stupid.

Your friend should have masuk jalan kaki inside to validate, since the barrier will drop amd the ticket will then be authenticated

Goto cinema level ask ppl to exchange the new one with their old one.

Since they going watch movie later should be ok rite

The moral of the story is

RM 53 for lost ticket is daylight robbery. Fuck all malls.

Cannot outsmart them. The ticket is not valid at the exit barrier and autopay station. It's not valid kerana kereta tarak masuk dalam parking lot.

u take ticket and u reverse. there's a sensor at the palang there detected the car did not pass thru after ticket collected. so it flagged the unique ID on the ticket as invalid .

each ticket has serial no my friend.

Ok. Normally we press the ticket come out. Take d only the barrier open. So reverse out, the ticket become invalid?

Ticket is only considered valid if there is car pass by the gate after taking the ticket. Otherwise I will just in-out-in-out and get a lot of tickets, then go into mall parking to steal all the cars.

Tidabule. The ticket is not valid at all . If i exchange wit someone else, it will menyusahkan them and they hav to pay RM53
