1 year extra is from SenHeng right? Is it fully covered or just some. If Samsung extra 1 year is fully covered. (except user faulty of course)
Unsure about it. It just stated on the invoice and I haven't go through their website yet. But for a phone, user faulty commonly known when there's water inside mobo (in this case, it's waterproof). Or, s-pen is inserted wrongly (in this case, it can't). However, accessories won't be covered by the warranty though.
But for the screen crack warranty by Samsung is quite yummyyyyyyyy.
I am using the official SP with spigen neo hybrid...the side (especially around the corners there) keep on will be lifted up. Thinking to trim it a little also
Btw, i found a small dead pixel on the screen...noticable only when the background is dark color...sienz
silly question but are all current Samsung phones restricted to SEA sim cards? Or just some Samsung models?
Only for those selling in SEA. Just put local sim card to activate the phone first, then can use global sims.

User faulty also include dropped that some dented seen anywhere on the phone. Straight away no warranty right?
Yup I just know today about the screen crack warranty. Thumbs up Samsung! I think first who do this is Huawei if I'm not mistaken.
The Gorilla Glass 5 trades scratch resistance for impact resistance which I kinda like. Don't want to scratch your screen? Just get a Screen Protector..
