DELL Pre-install Win7Pro 64bit, where to download?, format my PC, No W7P64b OS

I have a DELL Optiplex 7010, i wanted to format my PC. I try to download W7P from Microsoft. It said my serial is pre install OS and not allow me to download.
Im currently on windows 7 Pro 64 bit, anyone know where can i download the OS?
