Hmm I downloaded the Demo. I dunno, although I LOVE the GTA series, somehow being on the good guys makes the whole thing feel a bit ... weird. I don't think I'll be getting the retail version.

I think they're trying to market this game wrongly.

They're trying to sell the game as a GTA killer, but that's not right, if this game was a GTA killer than you'd have different kind of missions, buyable property etc. etc.

What this game is.. is that its an action game in a sandboxed world. Like Gears Of War only without any real levels, you just go around killing people... prefedably the bad guys, but you're basically free to do what you want.

Feel like driving 2 truck cabs to storm through the enemy base? Go ahead! Feel like playing rogue agent and foil every single attempt your friend tries to eliminate the kingpin? Go ahead! Feel like building a little fortress out of charged cars and see how long you can hold out against the law in it? (I loved doing this in GTA) Again.. go ahead! Want to go Mario all over the enemies? (yes.. jumping on enemies kill them) Go ahead!

It's crazy ridiculous fun!!

I think that this company which made the first ever GTA has seen the criticism that Rockstar Games is receiving over the GTA series and Bully, yet they have also seen the great amount of success those kind of games made.

I think they're trying to attract attention to their new games with the free roam, the chaotic cities, and optional missions, where you can do anything you want. Just like in GTA, but with yourself being a cop how are you to be criticised? They probably hid the similarities to GTA by making it take place in the future instead of today.

I can't host a multiplayer game. Strange. It says "Due to your current network settings, you are unable to host a game" or some shit along those lines.

Shit, can anyone help?

Edit: Apparently it isn't just me so erm, ok.

the game not too bad
considering the fact that you get a halo 3 beta with it makes it sound sweeter
but i think the graphics is a bit slacking for a 360 game.
maybe its just me la

I don't know about you guys, but when I first loaded the game, I was like meh, just another GTA game, looks and feels the same... nothing special.

My perception changed totally when you start receiving your super points. Woah... it's a different game altogether... not to mention that blowing everything up is ridiculously fun and addictive...

A must play, I have to say. If you think it's boring, give it some time... go and jump around and gather those points... smile.gif

You can't burn the downloaded tv series from xbl.....

Do you need to have points first in order to see all those shows on the marketplace? I don't see any of them eventhough my account's registered under US at the moment.

If you were to delete the series, can you redownload them in the future, since there's no possible way for you to transfer it elsewhere.

75% on the download. Can't wait for the demo. I heard praises from websites who manage to play the final build of the game. Also this game suppose to be an MMO, glad they decide to stick to the sandbox version.
