I've been is using Maxis since the day hand phones exist. You can check my record.
Today I pay a visit to Maxis TTDI to ask about any new plans or maybe special rate plan for loyal customers. Sadly, they cant offer me.
The only thing they can offer me is bill rebate for 6months RM10x6months. Like seriously???????? also they can offer me a free phone(smelly phones models) if i buy bundle from them.

Currently I'm a principle line with both my parents as a supplementary. My recent visit to Maxis is really disappointing. Hope Maxis can offer me some good rates as I've been loyal to Maxis since forever! Not a single late payment too!
