Good new to IT graduates.. Dell will set up their first IT support center(internal support) outside US in Malaysia According to Associated Press, Dell CEO Kevin Rollins said that the plan is to hire more than 1,000 Malaysians at the high-tech hub of Cyberjaya south of Kuala Lumpur. http://www.smh.com.au/news/Technology/Dell...9518710512.html

Working in dell is like having as much problem as having a dell pc / laptop. Sorry I can't help myself to bash dell...my apologies to the dell lovers.

From what I heard that, it's tough to get into Dell. You need to go to a series of interviews or levels.
