diving n sliding need training too... if suddenly u do it in the field... silap slide, boleh injured ur leg....

learn how football player slide to tackle the ball... hehe... and dun bring the marker, later ter-poke ur self...

juz got back from pekan for the pekanfest... damn kl hujan sampai banjir, pekan panas mcm gurun
.. anyway.. WK win the open category and Killer beez second..it was a great match with WK with the first round and Killer beez get back to make it even, but the final game WK win the game with a great play in the snake area.
