may I know how's the quality of Rumawip project so far? is there any done project currently?

Because i saw my friend bought a house recently, not cheap, around 500k plus 900sf.
when we visit her house on key collecting time, the quality is so so only.
I know that this Rumawip is kind of like affordable house thing. but just worry the quality will too bad and developer might dont bother after they sold out every thing.

I see. I read through some comment here say that UEM Sunrise is a big developer.
So it the Kayamas quality ok?

every developer make themselves like premium developer.
I thought Mah Sing very high class one no?

Hi all, i just checked the completion date of this project and it is Oct 2022.
It is longer than usual project, almost 5 years from now.
Does anyone know why?

means they have to developed around that area before finish this project?

but this is government project which is helping people to afford a home.
why would they allow the bank to earn more interest?
and the interest not only for the loan period like 35 years or 20 years?

sorry that i am new in property market. I still have a lot to learn
