The pool length should be the 25m.

Standard Olympic pool length was 50m, its still quite reasonable. Kid pool also separate so wont collide when swimming laps.

The entrance are not in grand appearance but its more on the basic design. Can say quite worth with the price. 1 carpark(edited) freehold, adequate facilities.

The top notch Rumahwip facilities so far still is the Skyawani 3.

Good price range is still the 200k asset kayamas project (you save 100k there)

Possible! Should be around 430-450k. Since freehold private condo near segambut 800sf is at 520k.

Owner will earn 100k++ despite unit got lelong.

You should compare with the new launch nearly segambut area. Take example savxx dutaxxx doesn't has balcony but the price already fetched 500k.

1x1 vs 2x2 tiles different still acceptable to me but depends on person to person.

As for aircond point it was around 1.5k including installation of the aircond itself with 1 hp (not the 1.5hp)

Facilities wise you can see other segambut area condo (freehold one) really not much emphasis/features on it as the project main target was the land titles itself and also the location.

Hundred aimilar unit? Trust me, with freehold, located at mountkiara with UEM project quality. No other rumahwip come any close than this project.

Depend on whether you buy for rent or buy for flip and 198K rumahwip doesn't have a facilities. no gym no pools.

Hyudai lift are know to be problematic (they maybe good with car but definitely not elevator)
