Exactly, that's why rumahwip is going to be a failed social housing project. There are so many loopholes hence not really benefiting the b40 or m40, end up being taken advantage of.
BTW, it's deeply subsidised from your tax money so if it didn't benefit the way it should then everyone is on the losing end |
