Yup glasses cloth should work fine.. will it affect the pic later on? btw..gratz on getting ur k800i..enjoy ur new toy QUOTE(sunauto @ Jan 10 2007, 11:00 PM) RM1770??? Midland set? Where did you buy it? Expensive lo ........ I can get it at RM1590 (without M2 64mb) for the Casino Royal one (Midland set of course) and for the M2, I can get a M2 512mb at RM130 (from Transcend 2000) so altogether RM1720 only. Still cheaper by RM50 and yeah, still entitled for the free bluetooh headset (promotion extended till end of this month). I know its a little expensive.. Shipped all the way from kedah. My father's friend's shop.. Maybe he ketuk people a little. Hehe. But i guess its worth the price.. Hmm.. So even the silver K800i is entitled to get the free bluetooth? Yay! |

Had my k800i for a week now, and i find that the phone's just average lah. The only good plus for the phone is the superb camera and the gorgeous screen. Other than that, lousy music playback and i can hardly hear the other party when making calls! Well, i guess i can live with it..
I have a problem with my phone. When i put my phone into my pocket for some period of time, it often switches of by itself. Really weird. and yes, i locked my keypad. After a week of bingung, i found out that everytime i press the phone with a little force (around the right side of the lcd), it turns off automatically. Then i need to turn it on again. Many many times. Help! What's this? Se's quality's going down man. |

QUOTE(annielee @ Jan 20 2007, 12:28 AM) QUOTE(alienfighter @ Jan 20 2007, 12:46 AM) what i mean is...hold the + n - voume button UNTIL the red n green color blinking.. Thanks guys.. Yeah im going to send it to a SESC tomorrow..i think about 5-8second... u appear the green led blink only becauze the headset still not reset.... try it again.. and then...try to pair with ur phone after that... note that the passkey is 0000 yeah...sure.. just go toe any nearest SESC.... u can find it at the first page... just rang they first before u go out... to check wheter they r open or not.. only... rather than wasting ur oil, parking n time tp get there... but the SC is close... QUOTE(sunauto @ Jan 20 2007, 01:24 AM) First of all, switch on your phone's bluetooth and make sure it's on. Next, press and hold the power button on your headset (the silver colour button) for a few seconds, it will flash red and green, your phone will be able to detect it within a few seconds, after that, enter '0000' and that's it. As simple as ABC. You're pressing the wrong button, not the '+' or '-' volume buttons. You should read the manual first. All the info is there but in future, you have no problems with SE phones as once you're familiar with the menus and everything, your future SE will be a piece of cake to you. If you still have any problems, please feel free to post here but of course, read the manual first lah, they have included it for a purpose. Lousy music playback? QUOTE(limyusiong @ Jan 20 2007, 10:23 AM) no la, fren, dun simply one unit got problem then pointing tat SE quality going down lo...as usual, no manner u getting an AP set o ori set, might got a little is got problem de, jus depend on ur luck lo...i think most of de ppl using happily wif their k800 wif no problem...so i think better send bak to de shop u bought it lo Well, its a midland set. So i guess its not a recond set. Maybe just got a faulty phone after all.. Compared with my w550i, the music playback volume is kind of soft. Maybe coz its not a walkman. But no doubt the ringtones are much louder.. That's more important to me. |

QUOTE(sunauto @ Jan 20 2007, 10:58 PM) You mean the speaker is soft, ar? If yes, I have to agree lah, my K618i or even K610i is even louder, not only for music but Java games too. Very weird why K800i's speaker is softer. The screen is what I like best, it's bright and clear. Yeah have to agree. The best features of the phone are the gorgeous screen and the camera of course. Maybe they did emphasized too much on the camera leaving it with an average sounding speaker. Well, it is still a great phone to have. Very proud to have one. |

Weird. Maybe there are more people demanding for the black ones. Brown looks cool too IMO..

Guys, any idea on how to reduce the camera focusing time? Long focusing is too troublesome. Cannot snap precious pics in time even in bright places.

QUOTE(shockk @ Feb 3 2007, 07:43 PM) Is it the problem of the phone keep turning itself off automatically? Wow you remembered. Hope you get your phone back soon. The M2 prices drops quite fast. I wonder are there any 2gb M2 around? and can our phones support it? |

I dont think the k800i got much lag lah. Mine even with 1gb of stuff still can browse pics and songs smoothly.
That's the wonder of SE, unlike nokia's symbian lagg! |
