branded mean like tphone or vodaphone (sumthing like dat)
ap set most is branded (dats wat others telling me)    and midland set is not branded anymore..

after u customize ur w810, sure u will fall in love more & more like me

Unbranding your phone (getting rid of tmobile crap, enabling flash menu's etc)

  1. Backup your files (contacts, settings, sms)
  2. Download a FS (.fbn) file too from topsony. Choose your own region, of course.
  3. Also download a custompack for your own region. This must be compatible with your FS region.
      You can find them in the Custompack Library topic or from topsony.
  4. Follow the tutorial above.
  5. At step 7 in XS++, also choose to flash your FS with the FS file (.fbn). Again, don't check Customize File System!
  6. When you've entered your phone with FAR at step 13, browse to /tpa/preset/custom and copy all contents of your custompack in here, including subfolders.
  7. Proceed with the tutorial above. Remember, do not flash your FS again, you'll lose the customization.

U can register as a free member then u can ask some of the member or TS to upload it free for u..
other member doing dat aswell
u can check ur firmware more accurate using the xs++ program..
that program wont damage anything even if u unplug ur phone during halfway..

see the firmware la
no point crying like a baby
check 1st page for the firmware
or use google.
branded firmware is different from normal firmware
O2, Vodafone and other telco which already brand their phone will have different firmware which SE come out the firmware just for them
i think you're old enough and manage to be independent

Not all AP set are branded ler
check the firmware then only you can know either is branded or not
