Just follow the steps from SE's website....
if you have previous version of syn prog, uninstall it first* from SE's web
insert the CD ( dont plug in da w810i first)
install the CD's software
when a menu appears asking you to chose: USB cable / IR / BT
select USB( if your using the USB)
(before clicking next) plug in your phone
most likely if you're using XP it'll be able to detech your phone
mayb some pop up will come up such as this installer is not verified by xp, continue installing/ stop..... just press continue
then afta tat shud b ok

to check firmware press these buttons

then just browse through it... you be able to find the firmware version

the default player supports that...

Q: has anyone tried putting 2Gb(or more ) MSPD in your w810i? Does your phone get lagged up while browsing?

hey guys, is there any ways to install other languages into your phone? like lets say japanese, korean ,etc?

oo ok.... cuz when i put in jap & kor songs into my phone it shows "... OST ...."

it does? i oso feel like mod-ing my camera... but 5hours!@? nah.. too much a risk for my "at lease last for 4 years" phone....

hmm... any shortcuts to flight(walkman) mode? cuz the only way i found is off the phone, then turn on again... so ma fan

nop... w810i can play m4a,wav,midi,amr format too... its sad then wma cant be used . Its not true that mp3 format ocupy bigger space. U can convert the mp3 though
